Welcome to Chancellor’s Associates!

A university contributes rich resources to a community and in return enjoys and benefits from the support and engagement of its citizens. This centuries old reciprocal relationship is played out with each and every one of our Chancellor’s Associates donors.  This vital dynamic is why I am proud to be Chair of this program.

Since 1966, Chancellor's Associates have helped make UC San Diego one of the most productive universities in the world, especially so in the most critical and complicated issues we face today. Our gifts and interaction with the Chancellor, faculty and students, give UCSD a voice for the region and contribute to a vibrant community for all.
